Inquiries sent with the Kadrion Studio form

Data collected

When you send an inquiry from the Kadrion Studio page, we receive the information you enter:

  • your name and work email address (required), your role and whether or not you are a decision-maker (optional);
  • the name, website, and industry of your organization (optional);
  • the description of the problem to solve (required) and, if you provide them, the expected outcome, users, current process, existing assets, technical constraints, deadline, and up to five documentation links;
  • the budget range or the amount you enter (required);
  • your answers to the boxes about asynchronous collaboration and about having read this policy;
  • the language and address of the page the inquiry is sent from, as well as the reference and date of receipt assigned by our server.

Please do not include sensitive data or information about third parties that is not needed to assess your inquiry.

Purpose and legal basis

This information is used only to assess your inquiry, reply to you and, where relevant, prepare a proposal.

This processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The form box stating that you have read this policy is there to inform you; it is not consent and it is not the legal basis of the processing.

Recipients and processors

Inquiries are read only by the operator of Kadrion. They are neither sold nor shared with third parties for their own purposes.

They are stored in a Notion database. Notion Labs, Inc. (United States) acts as a processor, so your data may be transferred outside the European Union. This transfer relies on the certification of Notion Labs, Inc. under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses included in its data processing agreement.

The website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany). Your IP address is used temporarily, in the server’s memory, to limit the number of inquiries sent from the same address; it is not stored with your inquiry.

Retention period

Inquiries are kept for three years from your last contact with Kadrion, then deleted.

Audience measurement

Kadrion measures traffic on the website with PostHog, configured on its hosting in the European Union. This measurement sets no cookie and stores no information in your browser’s storage.

Only the following information is sent:

  • the page viewed, without address parameters, except LinkedIn campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, and utm_content) when they are present and valid;
  • the page language;
  • clicks on certain buttons and on links to our products;
  • the Studio form submission steps (start, sending, success, or failure), without any of the values entered;
  • general technical information: browser and operating system type, screen size, and time zone.

To count visits without storing anything on your device, PostHog uses a temporary identifier: it is either kept in memory while the page is open, or computed on PostHog’s servers from the IP address and browser, with a random value renewed every day.

As with any connection to a server, PostHog receives your IP address. No individual profile is created; session recording and IP-based geolocation are disabled.

If your browser sends the “Do Not Track” signal, no measurement takes place.

This processing is based on Kadrion’s legitimate interest in knowing how the website is used and how its publications perform (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). PostHog acts as a processor. Events are kept for the retention period of the PostHog plan used by Kadrion.

Cookies

The kadrion.com website sets no cookies: neither for audience measurement nor for the language, which is chosen from the preferences sent by your browser.

This policy covers only the kadrion.com website, not the AssociationOS and CompanyOS services available at their own addresses.

Your rights

Depending on the legal basis of the processing, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data. Under French law, you can also set instructions regarding your data after your death.

We reply within one month; this period may be extended under the conditions set by the GDPR.

To exercise these rights, write to: contact@kadrion.com

Complaint

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

  • File a complaint with the CNIL (in French)

Changes

This policy may change, in particular if the processing changes. The date of the version in force is shown at the top of this page.
